NOK by Alara is a contemporary African restaurant and the culinary extension of Reni Folawiyo's concept to celebrate and elevate all aspects of African lifestyle, set within a lush bamboo-framed garden at 12A Akin Olugbade Street in Victoria Island, Lagos. With Senegalese New-York-based chef Pierre Thiam as executive chef, the restaurant reinvents classics of African cooking with an innovative twist, in an airy, intimate dining space displaying contemporary art and design from across the continent. Guests can dine in, enjoy outdoor seating, or order takeaway and delivery, with breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, plus catering, dessert, and a bar serving cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. The venue is family-friendly, accepts reservations, welcomes credit and debit cards, and offers plenty of free parking.
